1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SudoSports application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SudoSports provides data-driven sports analytics and predictions with clear confidence levels. The App analyzes team performance, matchups, historical trends, and contextual data to help users make informed decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro subscription offers additional features, advanced filters, and premium insights
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including designs, graphics, algorithms, analyses, and processed data, is the property of SudoSports or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the system
• Extracting data in bulk or through automated means without permission
• Interfering with the operation of the App or its servers
• Impersonating other users

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." SudoSports does not warrant that predictions are accurate, complete, or up to date. Use of the information provided is at your own risk. Predictions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or betting advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SudoSports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chihuahua, Mexico.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the App. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
